I mean, do we REALLY listen?

I was talking with my team today and sharing how, for almost 2 months, I carried out almost 100 strategy calls with people that were reaching out to me and connecting with me through my sales funnel. And I did the calls using the WRONG structure!

See, I had signed up for some sales coaching to get my business off the ground. And this coaching was AMAZING! People in the program were consistently hitting 5 figures and more monthly. So I knew it would be a no-brainer to go to the same place. And so I jumped right in. Worked harder than I have ever worked in my life, took calls early in the morning and late in the night just so that I could spend time with my family while on holiday but still get through my volume.

The only problem was, I was NOT using the right sales structure. I THOUGHT I was. I thought I had internalised it, taken it to heart, listened to each training almost 5 times and implemented it.

But my mind had played a trick on me. See a previous program I had done ALSO taught sales call structure and syntax. And it gave me a script. And I have even used this previous script a number of times and signed up some paying clients.

So, like water that flows along a well-worn track, my mind flowed along this familiar sales structure, and effectively sieved everything I was learning in the new system through this old system.

What emerged was NOT pretty, not correct and really, highly ineffective.

But I just kept working harder and harder, blissfully unaware about the faux pas I was making. That was costing me thousands by the way in lost sales… urgh!

The turning point came when it dawned on me just how wrong I was. And no, it didn’t come unbidden, no folks, no “light bulb” moment here while I lay on my bed

It took my coach 10 seconds of hearing me explain what I was doing, to pick out where I was going wrong. And another 10 seconds to let me know HOW I should be doing it instead.

20 Seconds total!!

That’s the power of coaching and mentorship.

Because our minds play tricks on us, also called the art of survival, and conveniently sieves out what it thinks we don’t need to survive. It will revert to old ways and we will never know it. It will avoid change in favor of being comfortable and “getting by.”

And thousands of dollars in losses later, we realize it. And we are often too late.

That is unless, we have a coach.

Even the greatest athletes have coaches. Especially the greatest performers have coaches. CERTAINLY the most wealthy billionaires have coaches.

If you want to be all or ANY of these things, why don’t you have a coach?

What it boils down to is, how badly do you want what you want?

If you want it badly enough, you WILL seek the mentorship that you need for it.

I always wondered how people found mentors to get them where they’d like to get to? I would hear people in online business go like, “When I spoke to my mentor….” Like, I wouldn’t mind having a millionaire mentor to get me where I want to go, so HOW and WHERE can I get one?

Because unlike most people that think they can go it alone, I know that I’m not special. If Serena Williams needs a coach to get her to the top of the world, I sure as heck need one!

The bad news is, it’s probably going to cost you. Time to network and connect with the right one. Money to procure their mentorship.

The Power of Trust

 

I’m blown away by how simple yet profound this principle is.

It’s what makes a father, who may be a gangstar, a drunkard, even a murderer, become as meek and mild as a kitten when in the presence of his 5 year old daughter.

It‘s what makes the naughtiest boy in school, suddenly become an obedient and well-mannered little gentleman when he meets that ONE teacher that practises this principle, and unlocks the chivalry in him.

It’s what ensures that public transport passengers in most any country in Europe always buy a ticket when they ride, even if no one is there to check on them (save for the occasional spot check).

It’s what made me, just this evening, switch from thinking “Should I work with this person?” to thinking, “Wow, I HAVE to work with this person, I don’t care what it takes!”.

See, recently I was sourcing an interior designer to work with my clients that are looking to get their properties furnished. And I’d reached out to one that came highly recommended by an architect I respect and who had done work with them in large apartment hotel projects.

So we spoke and the interior designer agreed to send through the budget of what it would cost to furnish a 2-bedroomed apartment. They researched and did the groundwork and developed a spreadsheet of what is on the market.

This spreadsheet really constituted their intellectual capital, the convenience that myself and all my clients as potential clients are paying them to provide. So it’s only natural that they would want to guard it with all their might.

So when they mentioned that they could not share the spreadsheet but would need payment first it made sense to me, i wasn’t about to argue with that.

Then they did something that blew me away.

They told me “Let me in full trust that you will not share out my document, also share with you the spreadsheet, then will you be able to see what it was all about.” And even better they continued, “I will send it in the format that you can edit and eliminate as I might have included things not needed in the apartments. Kindly just do not share my hard work with anyone”.

And suddenly, right then and there, I decided to work with them. And in fact started calculating how soon I could pay them. If you had compared my thoughts just seconds before to my thoughts in the moment they told me this, they were like night and day.

Suddenly, when they put their trust in me, I rose to the occasion. I WAS that person that was worthy of trust. I was not about to let her down because now I saw myself through her eyes. Just like that drunken father will put on his best suit and go for his daughter’s ballet’s recital because he cannot bear the thought of letting her down, of violating her trust.

By that one act, she helped me to transcend the pettiness of doubt, disbelief, ingratitude, greed and selfishness and reach a place where only the purest of intentions live. An that is where I wanted to stay.

But sadly, come morning this fleeting moment may all be gone, when the bright glare of reality, and the sharp odor of the struggle for survival hits my nostrils, and the dream becomes a distant memory.

Why should it? Why must we resort to the very same tactics that bring out the worst in us and those around us? The mistrust, the greed, the I-need-to-get-me-some nature of self-absorbed pursuit?

I have decided that I shall intentionally move away from that. From using any potential commissions I could get from my partners to reduce the cost of what my clients would pay. To paying for things that I had never promised to pay for when my clients signed up, just because it FEELS right, it’s what would serve them best and ultimately, it’s what will make me stand up tall and proud as I speak about the transformation that I facilitate for them through my program.

I AM going to be different. That’s the only thing that I have control over. The minute that my clients have put their trust in me, I AM rising to the occasion.

Now don’t get me wrong, I am just as human as the next person, but I have always prided myself in my integrity. And just like we learn that integrity is what one does when others are not looking, I’ve also learned, what I do in those moments will come back to either haunt me, or bless me.

It will help me when my team and I are speaking to a potential client on the phone and telling them that we offer the BEST of what their exists on the market.

It will help me when we tell them, “You will not find these rates anywhere else”. Because nowhere else do people forego their commission to take their client’s costs down.

Most of all it will help me when I tell my clients, “We only work with the best”. Because only the best, the ones that have their clients goals at heart, will even consider taking a pay cut just so that they can deliver to the maximum.

So I’m going to do my part. And I’m going to change the environment one person at a time.

Maybe it just needs to start with one person choosing to trust on one day. Maybe that person is you. May that day is today.

Facebook ads or LinkedIn ads or whatever
kind of as you’re doing whether it’s in
the kind of personnel that you have in
your business if you’re not willing to
invest in your business you’re not gonna
go far and this is the truth of it
because that’s something I know from
, experience I’ve been willing to
invest now of course you don’t want to
invest in something that you don’t know
it’s gonna pan out so this is why we’re
going to do this challenge because I
want to show you guys how to start a
business without money and once it’s
making money how to actually scale it
and grow it to a place where it’s making
you much much more cuz a lot of us start
off in me like we stay with this thing
of oh I want to stay chief I want to

The Secret to Influence


It’s so awesome to have you join in.
I want to take a few minutes to just share something that I learnt the other day it’s a time that having a crisis of self belief actually showed me the secret to really influence and again real it’s I’m just I want to share with you my heart in the sense that you know we all have struggles we don’t normally maybe share them as much as we should because you know when you’re going through something there’s someone somewhere who has gone through the same pain and would actually benefit from hearing what you’ve gone through.

That’s all so much of what I believe and that’s really why I take the time to come online to share with you guys because I like you to be able to learn from what I myself have learnt and which I’ve never been you know it’s not been as easy as it looks.
So yeah but so I have this crisis of self belief this is how it started out by the way so I was not getting a certain situation happened to me a couple weeks ago I wasn’t I didn’t get the I can’t even get the attention I thought that I deserved yeah.

I mean think about it in the way it happens to us all the time I mean an example is how you probably don’t get the you know your best friend doesn’t ask you your best friend who you put your best friend’s it doesn’t ask you to be their best mate at the wedding you know that’s one example.

Another example is how maybe you don’t get the raise at work that you thought you deserved right or maybe the present you so you’re really close with oh you know they had a very fatty and they didn’t invite you so it happens in so many different ways and for me that happened a couple of weeks ago and you know what it actually made me start to really doubt start to really rethink that really Wanda oh my goodness am I the friend that I thought I was or am I the person that I thought other people knew me to be you know and if it’s so funny how these things happen.
I realize that enemies come back it so it always makes us introverted it always makes us think about oh my goodness what did I do wrong, what am I not doing or what I had not done so yeah and so on.

By the way when you check in just say hey I’ll give you a shout-out even when you come back on the replay I’d love it love at love to like hear your thoughts so what is I mean you have a crisis a crisis of self-belief we all of our crisis of self-doubt so to speak.

It’s actually when you doubt yourself and yourself belief goes shooo down to the dumps and we all have these times.
I can bet you money that every single human being on this planet has these times I’ve had them I’m pretty sure you’ve probably had them as well the most the richest most successful people have had them the people who probably are not as you know well-off have had them everybody has an it’s like this thing that just makes all people it levels a facial so to speak it’s a thing that all humans go through so it made me think actually because the funny thing is it literally, it’s led to me just really not only thinking myself really thinking like business it left me reaping you so many things many relationships my meaning in life why does it have to go there but it does my meaning in life like oh my goodness am I not achieving my purpose and it did by the way you guys and then I talked about this.

I can’t talk about it in hindsight in that feel that way but when I was going through it was quite it was quite serious I mean I think that a couple of things that really helped me get out of it and I thank God for my husband who’s so gifted and so talented in just you know being able to also connect with people he he’s not someone who holds they would have friends of self-belief in the same way present himself done deceive me that I would so his insight was so valuable and I just the thing I think also the things that I’ve learned but I want I’ve learned really is.

I wanted to share with you but one of the things that I learned number one is that when you go through a pain it shows you that what you’re doing needs to change right so in this case has been through this emotional pain and oh really questioning who am I what am I doing and that pain is a good thing because it helped me know what I need to change.

So when you go through pain it actually helps us to realize what we need to change think about you know kids go through pain in different ways you know they go through growing pains which is a real thing just ask a kid who’s premolars and molars are growing pains are a real thing or you know a kid who’s just really just general green things it’s not something you can see physic Kelly you’re not even aware of the growing happening but the pain shows you that the growing is taking place right.

So that’s firstly the kids go through pain then the second or the kids go through pain is when they their I’ve actually hurt themselves they’ve done the wrong thing they’ve climbed up on that tree like you told them not to try to jump when the broken their leg so that’s a pain that really tells you I will stop you need to stop doing this so that’s why pain is a good thing Tim actually helps you know it helps you know you’re living by the way and it also helps you know that what you’re doing is he changed.

So for me was really it was really nice because it helped me realise that yeah it’s true what I’m doing mister change you know and in this case for me it was in the way that I was actually developing my relationships and my networks that needed to change in this particular instance I needed to change something and what it is that I needed to change is now point number two that I wanted to share.

What happened is what I needed in sorry I have a bit of a sniffle so I’ll just probably try and clean as we chat so what needed to change is that um I need to stop thinking about it being about what I could get but really change to it being about what I am giving okay.

So it’s never about it’s not about what you can get the accolades and recognition the loyal amazing friends not at all it’s about what you’re giving and nothing really come stand some up to me more than when I was earlier today.

Anyway we’re having a study and a leader who studied leaving and she’s a phenomenal woman she’s really made such a great impact in my life this past year so to speak you know since I’ve been involved with the study my Bible study and I just really as I’m actually hey you know what real influence is actually about giving it’s not about going there to think what can I get, what can I have you know and I’m trying it’s not about going to think what can I have what I can get like what kind of get what’s coming to me what do I deserve no.

It’s actually about giving because this for me it just meant shifting my focus to be more focused on how I can give, how I can bless others, how I can influence others, how I can make allies better, how I can help them achieve the purpose they are achieving, how I can connect with them, you know and really with no expectation to get that I mean if you’ve given me the next section should get that obviously it’s a bit obvious you’re gonna use people but you know when giving and this has been so phenomenal I feel like it’s moved me from that place that that place of really self doubt and self going to the place where I’m you know you fee you get powerful just you know the Bible says it’s more blessed to give than to receive for reason as a giver you’re actually unlocking heavenly principles and you’re unlocking principles of the world or the universe that will then bring back to you know it’s a really powerful principle and it just really sets you up in a place where you know you it set you up for success so to speak.

So that’s something that was so enlightening for me when I met that and for you guys too because it’s really not think about it it’s not about what you’re getting it’s about what you are giving so whenever you think oh my goodness I should have been getting that, I should have gotten that recognition I should have got that person signing up, I should have gotten that person inviting me to this and that you think about it all wrong think about what could I do for that to that person to help them have a better week what could I do to that person have them have a better day think about what you could be giving or what you can give and I’ll totally shift your focus and this is for me the thing that really made a difference to realize that I need to stop thinking of what I can get what I should be getting and think of what I could be giving.

Then of course number three says to give without expectation you want to give in a way that you couldn’t happen people in every way you don’t give expecting.
I mean you know kids how and they’re all nice and good because they’re like they’re gonna ask you for something later you can drink of it in all sorts of ways I mean we you know you actually would see them do that and you’d walk away wondering okay so why is this why this child you know doing this and I just realize I don’t actually have my headsets on but I hope that the whole you movie okay just realize that nevertheless right yeah so that’s it that’s my that was my story that’s the story that I wanted to share guys that whenever you have a crisis or you have any pain going on in your life you need to think – okay this thing is a good thing what can it show me and then think –

If you’re trying to build a network if even if you’re trying to build your business and you’re wondering why it’s not happening guess what you’re probably trying to focus too much on taking then on giving so try it just right for a while try and give instead of take and you’ll be amazed.

I mean I think how really in the week after that I haven’t even that yesterday got for my cousin had spoken to about joining my program with my coaching program I must say I wrote them she got in touch with me to say hey what’s the link for signing up again I really wanted to do it but you know as other things came up I wasn’t able to like commit to it at that time.

So it’s amazing how it just comes back because then, I didn’t decide all what if I decided I’m writing her off I’m not gonna focus I’m not gonna feel that relationship anymore.

Some people do need time before they get to the point where I can say yes to what you’re giving them or to whatever service that you’re offering them.

So give people time as well yeah. 3 Myths of Online Business that you need to Kill

I’ve actually been I have moved the time of my live stream on Thursdays of my master class to now which is you know it’s about half past.

My plan is actually to be going live about half past one in Harare which is about half past noon in London and Nigeria and about half about what half past two in Nairobi so I hope that will work I’m streaming the backing suite of all places hey it’s pretty early today I want to talk to you guys about the three myths that you know people believe about online business and I was actually this came up because I was talking to or just to let you know I’m actually sitting in my foyer.

I used to stream from outside but the weather whoo you guys it is super hot here I’m so sorry I don’t mean to complain for those who are in Europe and everything.

I know that I was speaking to someone yesterday who’s located in Germany you know it’s really cold so let me just say I thank God for the good weather but I just not gonna sit outside right now I’m good in my nice cool foyer so that’s what I decided to do to stream from indoors great so I wanted to let you guys know this is already talked about three myths that have to do and you know as you check in please type in hello say hey give me a give me some love say who’s watching so I can give you a shout-out okay.

I always love to like interact and put our some questions below I’m gonna talk about three myths that people believe about online business okay we have so many things that we believe about online business but I want to actually break those myths right now okay like we there’s so many things that we’ve been told I you know online business it’s sleazy online business the things we’ve heard about online business of those people who are scamming guys scamming people millions of dollars or you know thousands for that matter but it’s not scummy if you’re in offline business you are a business person and guess what you can also put your business online you know this is the thing.

I was actually talking to a client the other day that was exactly yesterday Esther no it wasn’t goodness Wow am I not remembering anyway I was talking someone dare to about back at one of my clients and I was actually trying to help them figure out how to you know map a funnel for their particular product and if you know she told me hey you know I figure that because I’m more in on the offline business which means I’m more talking to people one-on-one directly and that kind of thing.

I want to put the online part of it on hold until I figure out the until I figure out the online part which is a myth you guys how do you say you literally cannot say that online business and offline business are two different things it’s it doesn’t work like that it literally does not work like that business is business is business okay what are you an online business or offline business you are in business and what makes it a business the minute that you exchanging your services or your product for money okay that’s what makes it our business.

I’m trying to see if I have good lighting here by the way let me check if I have good lighting I’m just trying to reposition this I’ve got something at the back where just to make sure that the lighting is a little bit better because I’m seeing that there’s a bit of yeah okay so hopefully that’ll do but you guys are just gonna be seeing my face can’t be perfect people I try so this is the thing.

I wanted to take you guys through a few tips about how to but a few myths out it actually mean best of you made three needs to be exact do you know about online business versus offline business and this is it number one that online business is super technical and that it needs special skills from offline business this is not true.

Online business can be as low tech as you want it to be in fact you know what let me just say this we need to just take this to online and offline do away with those definitions or those you know classifications and instead make it remote versus in person that’s all you need to know if you think it you think about how you’re gonna do your business how you’re gonna separate your business.

Don’t think of all my versus offline think of remote versus in person and I think this is a really powerful way to make the division you know why because remote means that you can do it from where you are you know remote and hails each I can just say hey leave me a comment let me know if you have any questions about this um if you do remote it means that you can actually deliver yep you know you can deliver your services or your product remotely without being there physically with the person right you are physically away from them you’re providing a service you’re providing your whatever product it is maybe you’re delivering it so that’s remote.

Remote is where you don’t have to be physically be physically with the person there and I work remotely of what remote before over now it’s heading to let me see since about and hold on hold on since I’ve actually worked remotely which means that I’m interviewed remotely for a project or consultancy or whatever I actually get a you know hi remotely.
I never even see my bosses or my colleagues or anything and then I am also actually carry out the work remotely from my computer literally this is this is what remote works means and it’s the same for a lot of entrepreneurs online.

My work what I call it on and off like it’s actually remote like I get on a call with a client and we talk I do have a few in person clients which are really the exception you know but most mothering plants we get on the phone and we talk through the issues and I help them remotely right so it’s completely remote no need for in-person interaction and I am actually planning to do annual you know in-person gatherings where we talk through stuff together but you know this is this is exactly what remote is.

Then the other the opposite of that is in-person you know and I have had a cloud who preferred to have in-person interaction rather than the remote one right so the in-person means of course you’re physically present you’re providing your service or your or your product or whatever it is you provide that you sell you’re providing it in in person and a good example of such businesses are for example the businesses that have to do with you know either personal care you know you’re thinking salon or massage you thinking you know childcare obviously or you know I mean home cleaning I guess is one of those there’s a lot of businesses obviously you know a car mechanic could do it we would have to do that in person you know they set up the thing you’d set up the whole thing the business remotely but then you would have to eventually come in person to deliver your service right so that’s in person so I think these are really two important things to very differentiations we need to remember that we’re talking about in person and we’re talking about remote we’re not talking about online versus offline why because in this day and age if you’re not online then you are you’re basically missing out.

This is the thing you’re basically missing out you’re what online is what online business or online marketing or digital marketing right now provides you an opportunity is just the opportunity to market to reach more people and that’s why maybe sometimes we talk of online business and you talk about line but really we should just be talk about how are we everybody has to be online, everybody has to provide you know how to has to kind of market themselves you know really it remotely online whether it’s on Facebook or whatever using what other kinds of advertising it could actually even be that I mean online nowadays a lot of people are advertising through whatsapp and guess what what’s up is an online platform.

Actually you are online when you’re texting on whatsapp so this is something that we need to remember just forget the whole thing of online offline just think of in person versus remote and this will help you then know how to structure your marketing, how to structure everything because of course the truth of the matter is when you do something remotely then you are more available to provide this access to your more available I said to you to do it independent of time and space when you provide services remotely.

Like I can be working and I’m in therapy or I’m in Harare oh I mean Germany or wherever I am, I can work from completely anywhere and there’s a very important distinction because of course I was a had discussions with you know people wanted to work with me in the past and one particular lady actually wanted to move her business from being % in-person to be remote or online.

In that case okay so I’m using online in the sense of should no longer be coaching people or training people in person but should be doing it using online technologies and by the way even if you use a phone call a phone you’re doing it remotely right so that’s why I want to use the term remote more than online here okay so that’s the myth number one the myth number one is that online business is super technical and then you need special skills or from offline business.

It’s absolutely not true. Online business is simple like the least high-tech way of doing online business so to speak is you know jumping on whatsapp texting people I’m offering this service and then when they say yes you clear them and on whatsapp or phone and guess what you have actually provided an online and online service or a remote service you actually you know these people have actually gotten value through what you’ve provided.

Okay so they’ll just that’s one way now the second myth that I want to tell you guys is that people think that the process of getting clients is different you know in order of offline or let’s say in person you know businesses versus online or remote businesses but the process of getting clamps is different Imma tell you.
It is the same okay and by the way if you actually, if you’re streaming if you’re watching on my page you’re gonna see that and I want to actually want to share the screen the process let me see I want to make sure that is it today entire screen.

You know it starts off from people who maybe, they learn about you right and by the way before they even learn about you is that they’ve probably been having an inkling of either a problem that they have or a need that they need solved but you know they just they learn about you probably you reach them because they’ve expressed interest in this particular need or whatever but they’re still they’re caught unaware and this is something that I learnt from Todd Brown who’s an awesome marketer but he talks about the marketing funnel you know and you go from just imagine ah if you’re not I mean.

If you’re streaming, if you’re on my Facebook page you can see this you know, pyramid shape right but for you who’s on the group then the pyramid shape imagine a pyramid shaped like this and at the bottom of the people the most people who are unaware about you right?

Okay so if you’ve never heard about you right now the next stage of people above that as you go up the pyramid and there is less people other people were problem aware okay so they know that they actually need a solution.

Maybe they’re trying to start their business and so they found here’s business starting helped right okay so these are the people who are now problem aware they know that they have a problem and then the next stage after that are people who become their solution aware they suddenly know hey by the way there’s actually a solution and by the way they might even see uh-huh that you provide the solution that they are looking for example but they’re not.
They thought about you, they’re kind of following you there thinking oh yeah you probably provide the solution but they’re not so sure still agency right then the next level about is that now their product aware they aware that you have a product or service that provides a solution to the problem that they have.

Then are the very apex is this almost aware who eventually become your clients okay these are the people that you know you’re actually giving them a very specific offer that is giving them you know really the solution to the problem I have so you think if we go through a funnel from they don’t know completely do not know and the people who they completely absolutely know what the problem is and they know the solution that you have and they know the product that provides our solution okay so I’m just I’m gonna stop screen sharing now.

Yeah and that’s what the process is like when it comes to being able to provide the solution to people it’s a similar you online offline.
I mean think of a salon and I actually met with a salon owner the other day and she was talking about how she’d like to of course you know get P to know about her business and she’d like people to be able to you know work with her in that maybe natural hair could be natural hair, could be Caucasian hair or whatever.

So she’s of course taking people through that process of okay of course they know that I have a problem they need a hair fixed you know do they know that she has the solution do they know that she has a product my suits them so everybody has to go through that funnel to the point where AHA they’re most aware this actually come paid you for the product in another way I like to actually look at it for me what I would say is you do to get people through this thing number one the first step is they learn about you right the second step is they realize that they have a problem.

Okay so that’s now the problem watch number three is that they realize that you or someone else can solve their problem right so this is your ticket and through the steps now so the next step is number four word feel like they actually want you to solve their problem unless you have a person hurry or you know and that’s a booster and then the last step is that they pay you to solve their problem.

So this is really all it is this is what a funnel is in a nutshell and we don’t even have to go back and forth and it is just this simple and plain whether you’re a remote or offline or you know whether your remote or online or whether you are in person or offline okay.

So that’s it. Now the next myth number three by the way is that the people need to see you physically or hire you in order for them to get results this in order for them then you hire you like they need to see you physically in order to hire you or they need to actually see you physically in order for you to get the results this is another huge myth you guys it is not true absolutely not.
It doesn’t happen like that. People don’t need to see you physically I mean fine it’s great to have video and it’s true that your video is actually how do you call it.
It’s a surrogate for being face to face you know it’s just as effective and in fact even more so because you’re able to reach many more people because if I were to see people physical that means I have to bring people into a thousands of people to get the same effect as to bring thousands of people into an auditorium and then they’ll see me physically and they you know I still would not human being like talk to them one-on-one right mm-hmm.

You want to talk to them one-on-one then it means that actually I’m not able to reach as many people in the same time however, with a video I do this video and I decide ok I’ll boost it for like a dollar two or chaga on Facebook and you can reach thousands just by that little act and so I get so many more people get to see and hear from me get to learn that hey start thinking that I can solve like I can actually help them solve their problem and then they get to hire me you know so it does help don’t get me wrong it does help to be able to see people physically when you’re trying to work out like something a process like you know when you’re trying to go through the hiring process.

It does help to see people physically however it’s not critical you guys it’s absolutely not critical it’s something that you can you can work around because that’s why we do webinars that’s right delivery knows of how people not know me from Adam one day in the next day on the phone with me saying I’d like to sign up for your program because I’m taking them to a webinar taking them through a call I’ve given them some serious value some serious answers then they’re like I want more you know so this webinars are amazing for that.

Then of course there’s also video recordings or you know you get on a video call with someone that also has a similar effect where you know you’re face to face you can either use it like for sales or marketing which is in the case of a webinar or you know you or even a voice call a video call or you can also use it for the what you call it product or service delivery in the case where you know you’re talking to a client face-to-face or you’re gonna climb sorry video to video let me say you know it does a client buy a video call you know so it’s totally doable guys it’s not something that is completely completely impossible.

I just want to encourage you guys that yes you can absolutely have an online business and still have I mean you can actually have an offline business but use online technologies to really get a lot of that stuff off of you know having to do things one to one where you can move in all remote okay so the takeaway really is that look you don’t need.

Those three things we covered today with that number one it’s a myth that online business is super technical and that need special skills.
That’s a total myth okay it’s business is business right you exchanging value for money okay and then number two the myth is that the process of getting clients is different and it’s completely the same it’s completely the same yeah.

I can tell you that if a dentist wants to get clients today through Facebook advertising they will get that clients and the same if a lot of us wants to get clients they will get their clients obviously you know the attraction might be a deal they come in maybe a different kind of attraction but guess what? They will use a very similar process okay.

Then number three, the third myth is that people need to see you physically to hire you or in order for you to get them results okay.
Not true! You can meet clients in person you can meet clowns remotely think about it every time that you’re doing work in fact they’re that just today this morning I was on the phone to my content and I’m telling him well you know this is what I need and he’s not he’s not physically in the same space with me but he can actually work we can work effectively and he’s providing his services remotely so as long as you know number one.

If you know it you actually can provide services remotely obviously you can leverage a lot of the online tools in order to get the feed but get the in order to get a lot of the results that you know you might not be able to get people face to face especially when it comes to the economies of scale scaling being able to reach more people being offline.
